“Ate here doing a visit to fisherman’s warf in San Francisco m. excellent food and great service. Everything was cooked fresh right on the spot, and the value was perfect! Best fries I had all week!. very casual outdoor seating, picnic table style with large umbrellas.“
“We came to eat dinner at California Fish Market Restaurant because of seafood cravings and saw their menu had several seafood items. It didn't disappoint! First of all, the service was spectacular. The server gave us a lot of attention and even double checked whether or not one of the items (a roe pasta) we ordered would be okay for us after describing it. He offered to switch it out in case we didn't like it (we didn't have to - it was delicious). We ordered some raw miyagi oysters, the scallop crudo, a lobster roll, and a fish roe pasta. Everything was tasty. The lobster roll had a slight spicy kick to it, which was a bit different than I expected. The restaurant itself has a nice ambiance, with indoor and outdoor table seating as well as a bar area. Parking can be a little tough in the North Beach area but you can find parking if you don't mind walking a bit. Overall, good experience and would come back.Parking: Street parking around the neighborhood, mostly metered but free after 6pm and on Sundays.“
“Nice little spot with friendly service and fresh seafood. The Summerset oyster shooter in particular was delicious. Only critique is their clam chowder was runny, with not much flavor and very few clams. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend this place!“
“Went for breakfast yesterday. Kindest staff I have encountered in SF. Seriously. The food was affordable for the city, and my partner and I both really enjoyed the breakfast we got! Eggs cooked perfectly, sandwich tasted fantastic. If you need more salt or ketchup they provide that for you! She walked the food out to us, and I will repeat myself: kindest service I’ve received in the city. Thank you :) My one regret is not being able to stay in the area longer.“
“My wife and I ordered the clam chowder in the sourdough bowl and the crab melt. It was evident that the clam chowder served in the sourdough bowl was their specialty and it was absolutely delicious. However, the crab melt was a letdown. The crab melt tasted more like crawfish and was bland. Stick with the clam chowder in the sourdough bowl; it's really, really good and worth a try.Pros:-Delicious clam chowder served in a sourdough bowl, their specialty.-Authentic taste of clam chowder, indicative of the restaurant's expertise.Cons:-Disappointing crab melt; lacked flavor and tasted more like crawfish.-Falls short compared to the exceptional clam chowder option.“

“Karla and the team do such an amazing job! They're our main caterers for the firm I work for and each time we've used them, I've always gotten compliments on how amazing the food and presentation is! They have a wide variety of food to choose from (with vegetarian and gluten free options as well) and they work with you to fit what you need for your event (most orders are a minimum of 15 servings). They've done our work lunches and happy hour events and every time we've been very satisfied with their services. One of our partners was hosting his wife's birthday event at home and asked for recommendations, I recommended Marvin Garden's since he's always loved the food they've brought in. After the event he had nothing but great reviews about them.100% would recommend!“
“The burgers were alright, but the fish and chips were delicious—perfectly crispy, not greasy, they were yum. We got them to go, and when we sat down found that one of our orders was missing. I went back to ask, and they were able to bring it out no problems, plus they threw in some coleslaw. Overall a solid, yummy choice for lunch.“
