“This place is has the most delicious Thai food in town. The boba, the appetizers, and the entrees are so good and they come hot! We had the calamari, crab rangoons, drunken noodles with shrimp, and yellow curry and everything was cooked to perfection. Can’t go wrong with trying this place out!“

“I visited Green Papaya in Aptos and had a generally great experience with some standout dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service was attentive throughout our meal.

We started with the fried potstickers and chicken satay. The potstickers were perfectly crispy on the outside with a savory filling, served with a nice dipping sauce and shredded carrots. The chicken satay had a beautiful char from the grill and was well-seasoned, though it could have been just a touch juicier.

For the mains, the pumpkin curry with shrimp was a highlight. The curry base was rich and creamy with a perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the pumpkin chunks were tender. We also tried the crispy duck curry, which featured a generous portion of sliced duck with a wonderfully crunchy skin that held up well against the flavorful red curry sauce.

“This is a place the deserves a visit just for the Thai decor, art , fine handicraft collection it holds ! A lush welcoming garden with multiple water features/ ponds is at the front .

They make vegetarian version of most dishes on their big menu. We had the fresh veg spring rolls that came with sweet plum sauce and peanut sauce . And then a hot pot of spicy Tom Kha soup - coconut milk with tofu & veggies.

“Fantastic vegan pad thai, the chef put a lot of time into perfecting a balanced and thoughtful pad thai sauce. They’re also very careful with cross contamination which we really appreciate. Cozy, family restaurant vibes. This is our new favorite thai place in the whole Bay Area, highly recommend it!“
