The Best food I have ever had at a restaurant! Customer service was also beyond excellent. My hubs and I highly recommend this place!! We had enchiladas and a tostada.Dietary restrictions: Our server made sure I received a corn tortilla si ce I an gluten sensitive.
For the past 20 years, Elias has been serving the beautiful people of Sebastopol delicious, traditional Mexican food ????. I had a pit stop in Sebastopol and did a Google Maps search, so many great places in the downtown area but El Tarascos stood out! Today I had the Chile Verde plate ? the pork was so tender and the Chile Verde sauce was perfect! Support this local business, you can order to go too!

Rice is good, beans are good, chips are good, meat is good, avocado is great. The one thing is that the meal is missing that flare, something to make it stand out. I would suggest to anyone planning to go there is to save your salsa and throw it into the mix. The chips are good but the salsa is more like hot sauce so doesn't really set the tone for chips and salsa. Unless you are into hot of course.
