We ordered takeout so I can't speak for the dining experience but long story short the male I spoke with on the phone did not seem welcoming and when asked questions about the menu items he did not appear to want to help and made me feel like he was being inconvenienced . Furthermore , the prices were extremely expensive for average quality food at best. The dishes did not even come with rice and we were not offered it either

Good food, they had the ground meat so it's a bit different. The plate was filled with meat, in fact i was hoping for a bit more of the noodles. Whatever was going on with the meat, it was a bit too sweet. So an overpopulation of meat made the dish a bit much. They had chillies at the table, but microscopic ones. Not enought to balance out the food. The dish was prepared by a culinary artist, just like in the shows. It was nice, but not what i was looking for.

Khom Loi is one of the best restaurants ever. They serve some of the BEST Thai food I've ever had. If you want unique, delicious, high quality food, come here. It's the perfect spot for a date night, birthday, or a friends/family dinner! If you want to dine here on the weekend, I recommend either walking in to sit at the bar or making a reservation at least a couple days in advance. Parking Parking is kind of hard since their parking lot only has a couple spaces. The surrounding area is residential but can get full, so I recommend coming a minimum of 10 minutes early to snag a spot. Ambiance & Service The restaurant is gorgeous. The lanterns in the dining room are beautiful and it has a big open atrium that provides the perfect classy/cool vibe. The hostess and servers are always nice and bring the food out relatively quickly. Food My favorite part of Khom Loi is how creative and innovative their food is. You don't come here just to try traditional dishes. They present their own unique twist on each dish and the plating/presentation is beautiful. I can tell they use extremely fresh, high quality ingredients and spend time making sure each dish comes out perfectly balanced. They're also very consistent. I didn't like the Thai Iced Tea but only because they don't add sweetener so it is just the tea (which is super high quality, if you like that, I recommend). What I Recommend: Green Papaya Salad - This salad changed my life, it is the best salad I've ever tasted! It is citrusy, sweet, sour, and perfectly balanced. It has thinly sliced papaya with fresh juicy tomatoes, crunchy green beans, peanuts, lime and Thai basil all swimming in a mouthwatering sauce. This salad is so fresh and refreshing. Thai Fried Chicken - Super juicy, tangy, lightly fried, not too much breading, and somehow perfectly tender. The sauce is to DIE for! It is sweet, a tad spicy, and so savory. Green Curry & Rice - I get this every single time because it's the best Green Curry I've ever had. It doesn't come with rice so you have to get it on the side. The Purple Sweet Potato and the Yellow Squash have the most soft, tender textures ever. They're almost creamy and so savory, balanced so perfectly with the earthy, savory curry and Thai basil. All the flavors/textures are so delicate, yet decadent. Yellow Curry Noodles & Sticky Rice - This dish was a 10/10, AMAZING. It has this rich, decadent, extremely flavorful curry sauce, with thick cut, long, wavy noodles that are cooked perfectly al dente, so they had the perfect amount of chew/bite. The chicken was super tender and juicy with a crispy fried glass skin. Every element to this dish was balanced and combined so perfectly. Chicken Pad Thai - The Pad Thai is huge, it's definitely a sharing dish. It tastes very fresh and is not too saucy and the chicken is super tender. The shrimp, tofu and egg are super fresh, tender, and juicy. If there is one thing above all that Khom Loi is an expert in, it's SAUCES. Each sauce was better than the next. This is probably the best Pad Thai I've ever had in the US because the sauce is so decadent yet so light. It is perfectly acidic, a tad sweet, very savory and so mouthwatering. The texture of the noodles and meat and peanuts were also perfect. Ground Pork Pad See Ew - This was the best Pad See Ew I've ever had in my entire life. The ground pork is perfectly charred, tender and juicy and pairs so well with the wide, chewy rice noodles and charred vegetables. Drunken Noodles - This is full of charred, crunchy vegetables, the most deliciously savory sauce and soft chewy noodles. I have never had such a balanced/delicious Drunken Noodles before. Fried Rock Fish - I don't even like fish and this was the best fish I've ever had in my life! The crisp skin, went perfectly with the tender meaty fish, and the sauce was my favorite part - sweet, savory and delicious. Soft Serve Sundae - BEST dessert you'll EVER have and my FAVORITE. It took 18 minutes from the time we were seated to have a server speak to us for the first time. The restaurant was clearly understaffed for our 6pm Sunday evening reservation. Food was good but odd with the policy of serving items as they come from the kitchen... for example, the sticky rice came a full 10 minutes after the larger dishes that we ordered. I suggest calling in an order for takeout since the service and kitchen order timing makes for a sub-optimal dining experience.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday and were lucky enough to sit in their patio-ish area. It has a great indoor/outdoor feel but still being inside so that you're protected from the rain/cold. We had the coconut lemonade, pad Thai and khao soi. All were really tasty. Portions were generous and the staff was nice. I definitely will be back next time I'm in the area and craving Thai food.

We ordered- PAD THAI- this was good. The flavor was just ok for me PAD SEE EW- this was also tasty GREEN PAPAYA SALAD- this was spicier than I thought .. this was just ok for me THAI FRIED CHICKEN- this was super flavorful.. my fave KHAO SOI GAI- This was also good.. loved the noodles in it FRIED ROCK FISH- this was was nice and meaty. I would've liked the sauce a tad sweeter COCONUT LIMEADE- wasn't a fan of this. Would've liked it a little sweeter.. and I don't even like sweet drinks.

Amazing experience! Our waiter was super kind and attentive to us. We got the rock cod, wok seared cabbage, and pad thai. They even gave us pandan soft serve on the house as we were celebrating a birthday! Will definitely be back in the future ☺️
