The nectary is on a corner of Healdsburg Ave with plenty of street parking. I walked in on a rainy Sunday afternoon and it was very quiet. I ordered two of their Strawberry Nectar juice and two smoothies: The Matcha & the funky monkey. If you are looking for a healthy drinks and food, this place has got it all, from cold pressed juics, superfood smoothies, wellness shots, lattes, raw foods, acai bowls, mylks & nectars, etc. I really enjoyed my Matcha made in Heaven smoothie. I couldn't taste the matcha much, only strawberries and protein powder but it was sweet, full of good ingredients that makes you feel good instead of regretting it later. Like they say, food is medicine!

Passed through town this morning and found this cute little spot. Got the Pura Vida Smoothie and it was so delicious and filling. Great service and yummy smoothie!

Ella was a blessing and made the most divinely crafted smoothie I’ve had during my travels in California! 10 stars! Highly recommend, the variety of smoothies and add ons is unique! I showed up after closing early for the holiday, and she didn’t have to help us, but was kind and truly made my day by making us feel extra cared for with her magical smoothie!

Horrible customer service. Young lady working the counter and I was in before any other customer. She made my smoothie and I wanted a product from the shelf that she needed to check on in the back. By the time I was ready to check out there were 5-6 other customers in the place and she refused to look for my product until AFTER she made their smoothies. I said that I’m a paying customer and would like to finish my transaction. She said well I’m not going to finish with you until I make they’re smoothies. I was baffled by her response. And said that I was here before anyone and would like to complete my transaction. She got SUPER rude and short with me and called ME rude and said she doesn’t have to serve me if she doesn’t want to.I’m done with this place. Their smoothies are hit or miss because there’s no quality control. They’re incredibly slow, and the customer service is hands down the worst.

Good smoothy - but very poor customer service, thus the reason for the poor rating. Waitress was by herself, place was not busy at all. We were the only ones in line, and only one table had 2 people seated at it, other tables were cleaned, so it is not like she had a mad rush by herself. It literally took 5 minutes for her to show up to the cash register to take our order. Mind you the place is not that big, and she never said - I will be right with you nothing, to indicate she saw us. Nothing of hi how are you, just what do you want to order and we are out of this and out of that.Then she went to the back area and stood around there for a 3-4 minutes (possibly on her phone), came back and took 2 more orders. then slowly worked on our order, slapped the drink on the counter, then we had to ask if that was our drink - with a yes attitude she responded. We ordered a smoothy asked if they had a straw, we are outta straws (again with attitude). This person definitely was having a bad day or did not want to work there. This was on a Sunday, Mother's day and the street was hopping, but I can see why this place was not busy. I would never go back with due to the attitude from the counter person.

This is my favorite place in Sonoma County to get juice and I absolutely Love the Pura Vida Acai smoothie!! I'm confused at the negative reviews because the service is great and such a good vibe and products.

Came here for a quick smoothie. 2 smoothies came out to like $24 and so we're thinking kinda pricey but we'll give it a shot. Then we got our drinks, and they weren't sweet at all but more of a earthy taste. Not our cup of tea or in this case smoothie. We got the pure Vida acai smoothie and the saffron rose smoothie.
Drinks were delectable, lots of diverse choices and local ingredients! Timing group orders too be served at or near the same time was the only hiccup.

I’ve been here twice in the last two weeks and both times the employee working didn’t say a single word during the entire transaction. Between the lack of customer service and the price of 2 juices ( 24$) I will likely not return. The one saving grace of the experience was the fact that the juice was awesome and the ingredients are organic. Overall a very disappointing experience considering the potential of this small and local business.
