Literally one of the best services i have received at a Ben & Jerry's. The place was absolutely neat and well cleaned, spotless even!!! The food was absolutely breathtaking, i loved it. The staff was even better, Luisa (the person that took my order) was very kind and considerate. She gave me options and recommendations for what type of ice cream i should try. Two years in a row this place has gone above and beyond for my son's birthday ice cream cakes, having them ready early. I heard on the phone today that it was the manager that made this happen--appreciated SO much! Thank you!
Our normal go-to for ice cream cakes is Baskin Robbins... just because that's what we're used to.For my husband's 40th I decided to go for B&J because we always eat their ice cream at home.It was a huuuuuuuuge hit. Every single person commented on how good it was. It was fun to watch everyone try to guess the flavors (Golden blondie and tonight dough). There were no leftovers.
