I'll preface that I'm originally from the East Coast so I'm a bit spoiled when it came to bagels growing up. We got take out from Noah's this morning and it was fine. The bagel itself had a decent texture. The cream cheese was a bit skimpy for the price. It should at least cover the bagel, but there was just some in the middle. I'm always on the hunt for a great veggie cream cheese. Again, back east you used to have chunks of carrots and onion mixed in. You could see everything. This tasted ok, but it was hard to see the vegetables, almost like they're blended in. Twice baked hash brown was...ok? Could have used some salt and maybe creamier somehow. Cinnamon roll looked promising, but was dry inside. If we come back, I would get a bagel and a different "shmear" tub and spread it out myself!

Came in and ordered at 1:25 Received both bagels with only egg whites and asked the girls working why is it only whites? Her response was we ran out of regular eggs its closing. I asked her if she had informed my wife while ordering, she replied that she didnt. I hate egg whites specifically, let alone when its only egg whites. 35 mins before closing doesnt mean serve whatever is left! Feel so sorry for the owner to have such lazy employees that cant make eggs for a breakfast place.

For the most part, I like the Noah's bagels and often get a bakers dozen to share whenever going to a gathering. However, it seems their customer service is all online, and that leaves a LOT to be desired. Several years ago when I was ready to redeem my points, I was told they had already been redeemed. If they were, it was not by me, so I assumed my account had been hacked, and never bothered with them again. Last December I happened to notice I had accrued enough points for 6 bagels. Navigation wasn't very clear, so when I hit the redeem button, expecting to go to a new page, the next thing I knew, those points were GONE. I promptly reported this to their corporate online customer service portal. It's been a week now, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Any company who uses rewards points to incentivize customers should manage that program a whole lot better, or not do it at all. As to this particular location, I have no complaints. The bagels and service are always great. It just their corporate management I with whom I have issues.

I have been coming here for over ten years and wow I never wrote a review.... Overall it's a great place to get fresh bagels and sandwiches. Customer service is ok, some days better than others. Today I ordered two bagels with lox sandwich and asked for no capers but still got a load of capers in our sandwiches. I like getting the sesame bagel with cream cheese most times but today I was craving lox. After removing the capers my son and I enjoyed our brunch. For some reason they removed all indoor tables and chairs and the weather is cold outside so we couldn't eat here. I wish they left the indoor seating open specially now that it's cold.

This is a simple review. How much crap do we have to take in America? I went into this store for a bagel and lox one morning. They had moved all of their tables and chairs out of the store so if you wanted to sit down and eat you had to be cold. I asked the girl who took my order why they had moved their tables. No answer, just the dumb stare you get from America's youth who cannot answer the simplest questions without feeling they are being harassed. I called her out on my question and her coworker accused me of asking a racist question. "Racist?, I replied. "You wouldn't know a racist question if it hit you on the head with a 2x4." Enough of this nonsense. I got my money back and left. Noah's Bagels has untrained staff. The company just doesn't give a dam. I've asked around this neighborhood and the opinions echo mine. Stay clear of these people if you want to maintain your sanity.

I hadnt been here in a minute and wont be back soon, for several reasons. First, the restroom has been out of service since before Covid. Second, they pulled ALL of the tables and chairs out of the dining room ! Nothing to sit on even while waiting for to go orders !!

Best bagel place!!!! Good food, nice workers, and reminds you of bagels from NYC! Chef Alan was super funny and nice. He made it a great experience !

I walked in, there was an angry little cashier ignoring me until I said excuse me, then barked at me. I waited in line and saw bread cut in the shape of bagels, sponges masquerading as eggs, and microwaveable flimsy bacon & got the heck out of there.the food is not as it looks in the pictures gross and staffed by imbeciles.

Bagels were so underbaked. Everything was pale white and spongy lame soft. Think Wonder bread?♀️? No crunchy crispy browned or even lightly browned crust. VERY different from any other Noah’s I’ve had in CA, MI, and NY states. If I’m gonna binge on this much carb, it better be magnificent!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I've ordered through their mobile app and 2x they said my order didn't go through when clearly it charged my credit card. I went to pick it up they said I didn't place an order. The app doesn't email you confirmation nor does it give a confirmation besides its charged your card nnyb order ahead no conformation number no nothing but charged my card. I get there they said no online order has come thru even though I am showing them my order. I will dispute the transaction and will never order from noahs again. The customer service sucks and the workers don't care. They keep asking show the order you show it they say no order came through. This is the second time they're doing this. Never returning horrible. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

Terrible bagel sandwich. I mean, if you’ve never been to NY or Chicago maybe you think it’s alright. But I it’s not. Cold and bitter coffee. Nice folks tho.
