I'll preface that I'm originally from the East Coast so I'm a bit spoiled when it came to bagels growing up. We got take out from Noah's this morning and it was fine. The bagel itself had a decent texture. The cream cheese was a bit skimpy for the price. It should at least cover the bagel, but there was just some in the middle. For the most part, I like the Noah's bagels and often get a bakers dozen to share whenever going to a gathering. However, it seems their customer service is all online, and that leaves a LOT to be desired. Several years ago when I was ready to redeem my points, I was told they had already been redeemed. I have been coming here for over ten years and wow I never wrote a review.... Overall it's a great place to get fresh bagels and sandwiches. Customer service is ok, some days better than others. Today I ordered two bagels with lox sandwich and asked for no capers but still got a load of capers in our sandwiches.
