Went to this place for the first time walk-in they had 4 barbers working two people ahead of us, after waiting 40 minutes we left with still one person ahead of us. Barbers seemed more interested in talking and playing with the tv then cutting hair. Dont have two hours to burn at the barbers... maybe they give great haircuts never had a chance to find out.
Found LA Ave Barbershop on Yelp. I decided to give it a try due to good reviews, proximity to home, and the fact it's a new barbershop in a town that has had the same two barbershops for the past (insert no.) years. I walked in and was taken quickly by Kali. Kali was great - listened, offered suggestions, and gave me a great cut at a great price. I very, very much appreciate how friendly everyone was and how clean the shop looked/felt. Definitely coming back soon.
