My taco shells were broken and my watermelon freeze tasted like pure raspberry syrup I took to counter after only a sip and said this isn’t drinkable. She dump in garbage and didn’t offer a replacement. Some customer service !
How far Taco Bell has fallen. Anyone that's old enough to recall the food they served during the 70s, 80s and 90s can't help but be totally disappointed today. Burrito Supremes were twice as large with a variety of fresh ingredients that were easily identifiable. The taco shells were thick enough that they wouldn't crumble into bits spilling the contents all over and they contained 'real' seasoned hamburger. The nachos were freshly made, not the soggy, sloppy mess they serve today.

We rarely eat fast food anymore, simply because it's become so expensive. The same is true for Taco Bell. This particular restaurant recently went through a remodel and it looks great. The inside is kept clean and the staff is always super friendly. It must have a good management team.
