Great beer, excellent food and amazing service. I love the pizzas and sandwiches from Sugo, the restaurant that runs the food business at Discretion. Absolutely delicious! I'm an Uncle Dave's guy but love to try all of the other fresh beers on the menu. There are about 20 beers available all the time. Super good. The staff is incredible, and there is live music 4 days a week.
Stopped by on a Tuesday night for dinner at this local brewery. Tucked behind some other buildings with plenty of parking, Discretion Brewing is worth a visit. They have a great selection of beers, two ciders, and kombucha, plus a food menu with daily specials. Pretty darn solid brewery in Soquel/Santa Cruz area. More inland, so more locals than tourist. Looks like they invested and built the facility for themselves with a metal barn-like building for the tap room and brewery, equipt with solar energy to power their operations.
