this location is not really busy at the time i arrived. it was on a Friday around 7PM. it was just 3 of us and 2 employees for awhile, they were very attentive and kind.Parking: it is in azalea plaza so somewhat difficult to find parking in the cul-de-sac of food options
Greeted right when we walked through the door, staff made suggestions when we left them know we'd never been to Charley's, quiet and comfortable when we sat down to eat, one of the staff members even came to our table and asked us if we needed sauces or ketchup for our meal, we got our food Super fast, everything was hot and the fries and chicken tenders were super crispy....the staff was REALLY pleasant. Will be coming back to the particular location again soon

I love Charley's, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Thank you again to the two staff members who were there on 1.20.24 during the afternoon. They made my experience that much better because the two worked well together, and they looked like they enjoyed their job, which is always a plus for me when I go out and eat in at a restaurant.
