People who work there are very petty they wouldnt give me a ranch when asked I only was allowed one ranch for 4 tacos and a Jr bacon sandwich when I asked for another one they said they have to charge me I said how am i supposed to use one ranch for allmy food the guy told me figure it out lol. Rude service the food was skimpy and the prices were high ,the bathrooms were trashed the tables were dirty if I were you I would eat somewhere else

To treat customers has horrible ypu did !!! diabetic lady needed restroom , open then tolet clog , I ask that horrible man he said, "wait"we was waiting, your place needs cleaning that means tables & your windows and I won't go back in. Others don't care ,I DO !!!

By far the slowest service I went inside I order at 140pm now it's 204 and I still haven't got them my order really slow service and will not come here again it's the only closest jack in the box by house I rather drive and extra 5 miles to get the food somewhere else so not come here there is French fries in the counter dirty

They messed up my order and put cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese I tried calling the place and their voice mail box is full and they did not even give me a receipt that's just great ????

Those tacos never disappoint I love them and there shakes are the best I've ever had.
Drive through experience abysmal. One car ahead and it took 20 minutes to get their order. Then of course my order arrives without salad dressing or condiments. Totally incompetent. Avoid if possible. Lots of other good options around.
