Worst experience at a Panda location. They didn’t have most healthy items available and didn’t make an effort to replenish. The employees used the excuse of an outrageous cooking time to avoid service. There was no napkin’s available. The cashier used the excuse of “manager went to get some napkins”. Lack of effort, lack of customer service and no remorse.

No spoons to eat the broken rice.it is not authentic chinese food as it tastes nothing like it as a chinese person.overpriced too. $35 for 1 rice and a bit of meat.very pathetic.Do not eat!!!!!

Yahi the manager at South Gate had my family and I wait for 15 minutes in the line because she was doing all the online orders until my husband told her what time was she thinking of attending us.Karen cashier horrible attitude and was following along with manager and on top of that I had a discount on the app and did not take it. Hopefully their boss reads this and takes some action for it.

Rice is super hard. They literally gave me just 4 and 1/2 pieces of the honey walnut shrimp. I specifically get a small side order to get at least 1 or 2 extra pieces than when I order a bowl/plate. They literally filled the box with a bunch of walnuts and one of the shrimp was broken and incomplete.I literally go to different panda express throughout all of LA County and this is the first time I was shocked they did this.
During Covid last time I was here they were pretty rude and invasive and adamant about wearing the mask. I come back today nobody's wearing a mask everything is back to "normal" and as I proceed in the line I don't say anything until I'm acknowledged because I know they're busy and they're doing their best to provide a service, but when I finally reach to the register, nobody has taken my order yet, and the lady that was at the register refused to take my order and told me to get back in the line again so that I may choose my order. It's late I'm really tired. I haven't eaten anything all day. I just got off of work. I didn't argue at all so all I said was that is fine. Have a good night and I just left but to be honest I'm pretty disappointed because I was never acknowledged, as if I didn't even exist, I felt ignored and kind of humiliated. I will never come back here again. It's unfortunate these days people don't know how to communicate with one another. We need to go back into being a community again. Everybody is narcissistic and selfish now and days... truly an ungrateful experience as a neighbor of the community. We can do better.

this location in particular is always hella busy, idk if it's a location issue. Since it's by the freeway and people are constantly coming through + the amount of shoppers at Azalea. But damn shit is never ready at this store. I was waiting for noodles to be ready along with about 3 different parties around me. And the cashier girl was rushing trying to charge everyone. Knowing damn well everyone was waiting for rice and noodles to be ready since they had none. I was on my break and I get sometimes things take time that wasn't the problem here. As I was waiting and on my phone like everyone else does. The cashier calls my order and goes to charge me. I didn't even think twice about checking my order but after I left I realized I never got any noodles! If I knew that was the case I would've got a damn bowl instead
