Big disappointment coming here. They don't know how to wet wings. Fries had no seasoning. I got into it with one of the girls here who gave me my ordered. She tried to have me pay again for wet wings when the receipt clearly said "Wet". I told her to call the manager and she never did. On top of that, they had no trays so they packed my dine in order to Go. This place stinks, avoid coming here.

Hello, everyone who likes to eat, I don't recommend this place, the fries are very ugly and that's how they all were because I went to complain to them and I had to eat ugly fries with black oil, apparently they don't change it.Some of the chicken pieces are well bathed in sauce and others are not.

Stay away from this location. Every time I order from here they always mess up my order. My lemon pepper wings had no flavor and cold. I had to add my own seasoning from home. They were plain and my fries super cold too. Not coming to this location ever

I usually don’t have any real problems besides wishing they would put more fries… but this time I got no fries.. I order 2 chicken tender combos and when we got home we saw we did not have any fries just the tenders… my husband had to go back not fun cause it’s a waste of gas and it January so it really cold outside… so now I know better check my food bafore you I go….

Ellie rudely tells customers how they should have given more details to their specific instructions. For example: requesting well done wings is not enough to get well done wings. You have to say EXTRA well done. However, she didn't have any advice about them not putting any seasoning at all on the 2 orders of fries that EXTRA seasoning was requested for. Yet, the Louisiana Rub chicken wings supposedly absorbs all the seasoning that was never put on them to begging with. On the flip side, I was offered store credit. I would've given 2 stars, but the heifer hung up in my face after I said thank you. That will be my last visit. Walnut Park is way better.

Are you j/k with my fries? I got the 10 piece combo. Online order, pick up in store. I took my fries out and seems like they gave me whatever was left over of fries. 9:20 PM today. And come inside the store and wait in line than I see all around order online for faster pick up, so I move to the pick up side. And no one even says anything. Until finally a guy approached and asked “here for pick up”. While the other two at the cashier don’t even bother to ask. I don’t want to talk over them so I just wait. The dude in the cashier is finally free and doesn’t even bother just says next. Ugh ZERO stars to whoever was working this shift!
