Ok. I have ordered here multiple times in the past couple of months. The food has been consistently good. I mean, it's Baja Fresh, not a Michelin star restaurant. Take your hard earned money to 1886 and spend the same amount on two deviled eggs dipped in gold flake or something, if you want to hate on the BF. Haven't been to a Baja Fresh for ages. I totally messed up and ordered the wrong thing but Serina helped me fix it even after we paid. She was really helpful with the menu as well. Had the Chicken Baja Burrito, added lettuce, and upgraded to enchilado style. Food was good but chicken had some grisly bits in it so wasn't perfect. Guacamole inside was very fresh. Mango and Baja salsa could be chunkier. It was mostly soup.
They are super nice here and the food is good, but they need a better system to preserve the food safety of their salsa. From what I saw the other day they are not being stored in ice to ensure they are kept at appropriate temperature. They should be stored in ice baths when out on the counter and check temperatures often to ensure they are not too warm.
