Looks like yet another Baja Fresh location has closed its doors for good. This was a pretty solid location, staff were friendly and remembered my usual order when I came in.

Dirty. The kitchen looks clean but the dining area and bathroom are filthy. Self serve salsa bar has been empty since 2020 and it's now 2022. Should have gotten a deep clean sometime in the last 2 years. Why are there nasty marks all over the bathroom walls? The backs of all the wooden dining chairs are sticky/tacky. It only takes a Scrubbing sponge and soap to clean. The salads and the burritos are indeed generous. Love that but Hate eating in a dirty dining room. This place would be so much better with some regular deep cleaning.

The female cashier taking the orders was super rude. She was fiddling with small sauce containers and completely ignored me for a long while and there were no other customers besides me, the place was completely empty (most like they received the same treatment I got) when I started asking questions about the menu she was irritated, it is part of her job to answer questions, the customer don't know the complete menu. I got a $50 gift card from work, but I will returned and ask the corporation not to purchase Baja Fresh gift cards anymore. There is no need to support a business that hire arrogant and angry employees. For a short woman she got a huge attitude, bad customer service and manners, I just walked out of the place. Avoid Baja around 5Pm on Saturdays.

Ok. I have ordered here multiple times in the past couple of months. The food has been consistently good. I mean, it's Baja Fresh, not a Michelin star restaurant. Take your hard earned money to 1886 and spend the same amount on two deviled eggs dipped in gold flake or something, if you want to hate on the BF. I like this place, the people who work here are trying hard, and it pains me to see all these 1 stars. Nachos and burritos are good. Service is good. Maybe the Salsa could be spicier, but it's still Baja Fresh. And those days of giving bad reviews were almost all during a worldwide pandemic. Look at the dates, and think about how hard it was to get any good food during those times.

Haven't been to a Baja Fresh for ages. I totally messed up and ordered the wrong thing but Serina helped me fix it even after we paid. She was really helpful with the menu as well. Had the Chicken Baja Burrito, added lettuce, and upgraded to enchilado style. Food was good but chicken had some grisly bits in it so wasn't perfect. Guacamole inside was very fresh. Mango and Baja salsa could be chunkier. It was mostly soup.
Great customer service. Fajitas are delicious! Clean and friendly. I look forward to going when I am in the area.

They are super nice here and the food is good, but they need a better system to preserve the food safety of their salsa. From what I saw the other day they are not being stored in ice to ensure they are kept at appropriate temperature. They should be stored in ice baths when out on the counter and check temperatures often to ensure they are not too warm. When I got home I threw out half of the salsa containers they gave me because they were room temperature. Unfortunately warm salsa can make people sick. Please fix it.

Only eat here if you want cold leftover food. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Excessive plastic take out containers-especially the salads. So unnecessary and I won’t be coming back until Bahia Fresh makes that change.

I put in a pick up order during the lunch rush, ordered steak nachos, and my order was done early. Nacho's freshly made and stacked high enough to feed 3. They gave me several extra sides of salsa and although they didn't have my cherry coke in stock, they allowed me to pick from any other soda I wanted. Customer service was friendly and attentive. I will be back soon.
