Been a couple of times and always had a great experience with quick food prep and good service. Attentive and attractive staff with quick response. Order via QR code on the table. Tonkatsu and black garlic ramen both great flavors, I slightly prefer tonkatsu since I enjoy the simple and rich pork broth. this is my new go to for a casual yet quality dining experience. the menu isn't big but it doesn't matter because their set meal is so good. i usually order between three items: Katu Pork Tenderloin (the more expensive one), Katu Cheese or Soba noodle set. Katsu Jin has the best katsu outside of Japan. The tenderloin katsu is made with a think cut of pork and fried to perfection. I try to get here once a month even though it is 45 minutes from my house. The gyoza are also fantastic! Can't recommend this place enough.
