Order a chicken sandwich and I found a plastic tool inside my sandwich.the place itself is very dirty rude service smash potatoes taste like nothing and the Mac and cheese was very salty everyone that’s works at this kfc is rude.

The service was horrible. I just walked in to order my food and as soon as I said what I wanted, the cashier looked at me like I was stupid. I could tell she didn't know how to use the cash register so the store manager came up and she looked confused too. They both were acting as if I was inconveniencing them by just ordering food. I am a black man in a not-so-black neighborhood so I don't know if it was because of race or just poor customer service but I felt very unwelcome there and I will not be returning. Every once in a while, while they were preparing my food, they would look up at me like they were annoyed or didn't want me there. Stay away from this KFC, there's a better one on New Ave in Alhambra.

This store makes people feel like a fake KFC, but it must be the dirtest KFC in the US, and there is a 60-year-old probably Indian Pakistani male staff, his attitude is so bad that people feel as disgusting as the hygiene of the store, He pointed his finger at the customer and said words that were difficult to understand，This employee's service and work attitude will cause greater trouble for himself and KFC.

Lady who I gave my order to was rude! I went back to talk to her because my order was wrong. She did corrected my order SHE PUSH MY BOX BACK AT ME LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT!!. I DIDN'T say anything just wanted eat my food and LEAVE! no people skills at all. I use to work fast food when I was YOUNG ADULT This was Unacceptable bad customer service! Definitely NOT RETURNING

It was a nice variety to split between the two of us and we definitely had enough leftovers to last for the rest of the week. My only thing was wishing there was more crispy bits or at least crisp to the nuggets just like how crispy the regular chicken pieces were.Chicken Nuggets ComboIncluded nuggets, biscuit, side of choice, and a drink. Hubby wanted to get some extra nuggets on top of the ones that came in the Fill Up Box and it also gave me a chance to get coleslaw since that is my favorite KFC side and the orange soda that was available there in their soda dispenser. Experience:Finally stopped by this location after the hubby was craving a few hours before the storm was suppose to hit our area after coming from mass. The place was almost empty due to the upcoming storm and we were assisted by a worker that definitely didn't look like he was enjoying being there at the moment. But he took our order and we had our food within a few minutes and were back on our way home to beat the storm.
Its been years since I had KFC.. prices seemed 2 have increased dramatically.. still tasty.. but cost will prevent me from ordering and eating the the "Col's bird" on a regular basis.. "specials" tend 2 B "online" staff is limited as far as flexibility..

I had a #9 combo chicken sandwich. It comes with nuggets too. The total quantity was more than enough for me. I just tried KFC after a long time. The food was good.

As I stand in front of the register I wait for 7 minutes while workers stare at me and don’t acknowledge me and offer help for my order. I ended up leaving as they stood in the kitchen slowly making it look like they were working. Oh it was dead

3 times not once...not twice 3x's ( my fault) for ordering with them yet again). It is partially doordash's fault for not having their drivers check orders... one time shorted the order chicken..chicken? Geez 2nd time coleslaw instead of mac n cheese. 3rd final time we ordered 4 mac n chz and corn for a party shorted us 3mac n chz...went to take order back and the( young, tall, thin, thin moustache) male employee read the receipt and said " this order is correct"...please re-read the quantity's of each item. No apology literally "oh"...walked away and goy items. I know this is fast food and you shouldn't expect much but come on really....do better. An empty location take an extra few minutes to check orders... before you kill all your business.
