Great donut shop, but it’s worth noting this seems to be a location that gets their donuts delivered from a Krispy Kreme that does make them, not made in-store at this location. But it’s still a great place to grab donuts from and stop in to eat a few!

I don't think this location makes their own donuts. I don't see any frying equipment so it's not as fresh as other locations (you'll never get a warm donut with wet glaze) but still better than getting extra-not-so-fresh Krispy Kreme at Ralph's l.

I personally am not much of a fan of Krispy Kreme in generally. Too much sugar, in my opinion. And I don't understand why they don't make twists either. This Krispy Kreme is the normally standard for Krispy Kreme donuts. However, I do like the music they play here. I could sit here all day just to listen to the music lol. And their WiFi is pretty fast too

I ordered online for delivery, 1 assorted dozen and 1 glazed dozen. I received only the 1 assorted dozen. I am very upset by this I paid a lot of money only to not get my full order. We called the restaurant and ended up speaking to a customer service representative. Her name was Ginger she was very helpful. Overall my experience with this store was awful and frustrating.

Top 2 worst donut I've ever had, got 3 sugar donuts and I tried forcing myself to eat all 3, but that really is just asking for too much when it tasted terrible. I honestly cant describe what is wrong with it maybe it was old or bad oil or old oil. Also it cost $2.69 cents per donut for 3 smaller sized donuts vs any mom and pops place.

I came here because of a school fundraiser. This was my first time ever going to Krispy Kreme. It was friendly, fast and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces. I will come back.

The staff were very polite and efficient it seems to be a smaller location so at peak hour it can get crowded. The Elf Collection is different and fun but they will be extremely sweeter than their other special doughnuts.
Very disappointed that there was no whip crème on Christmas Eve can't understand it they did not tell me til after I receive my drink

Went at 1pm to buy a couple dozen glazed donuts. They had zero glazed donuts and barely any assorted options. They said they wouldn't have more donuts until 2pm. There were several people behind me in line too... seems like there is a lack of management to better manage their inventory.I recommend calling before you go to make sure they even have donuts Vs going out of your way to go there and finding out they don't have anything.

On 12/12/23, my wife and I decided to drive to the South Pasadena location to get some donuts. I checked their website and also google to make sure they were still open. We arrived around 8pm to find the lights dim and not a worker in the store. Apparently, they had closed before their advertised time of 10pm! We were so disappointed to have wasted 1 hr and the gas to drive there and back. It seems that they may have been inundated with lots of orders for 12/12 and decided to call it quits for the day. What a bunch of Lazy Quitters !
