I like this place. The pickup/delivery process is very efficient. Sign in. Tell them who what company your picking up for give po number or dest. Zip. He gives u a bill the guys in the warehouse find the frieght and load it with forklifts. Forklifts and loading dock. I love that! Frieght is super heavy. Grain is super heavy.

Call for directions to get into driveway, if you don't you will get into a jam, have to do a loop to back down the drive, once you have been here you won't forget

Obviously they cater to larger operations, but even hobby bakers can pour through 50# bags of flour with ease. The options are nearly endless with everything from some simple AP flours to specific grinds and even custom blends; hobby bakers take note, there is a 2500# minimum, so maybe use the great selection they have and either go straight from the bag or mix your own. Its not just flours either, whole and cracked grains, cereal blends (not milky breakfast kind, think whole millet)Also they are just a great crew of people!

WELL... i won't talk about how wonderful the food is because I never tried ... i just want to say how this place treats people who bring them orders from the back door!so my husband is a truck driver ... he came a long way to to deliver to this place on time what they need ... he asked to use the bathroom ... to this they answered rudely that "NO"... he repeated it once and explained that he could not stand it anymore .. in response he heard that "no public bathroom " so that madam who sits there on the back door was very rude and not professional ... in general, what I want to say if the owner of this place ever sees this ... teach your workers to talk to people, and so more with the truck drivers and be loyal to them ... these people spend a lot of time on the road ... Well sorry this place do not deserve a single star...
