Obviously they cater to larger operations, but even hobby bakers can pour through 50# bags of flour with ease. The options are nearly endless with everything from some simple AP flours to specific grinds and even custom blends; hobby bakers take note, there is a 2500# minimum, so maybe use the great selection they have and either go straight from the bag or mix your own.
