Love the knowledge of Joey! She made this delicious cold brew oat milk with mocha sauce. It was divine. I highly recommend this little place. It’s not a sit down cafe but a roaster with a side area. Thank you!
Last week I got a chance to try ikon Roastery. It was a bit tricky to find but if you're looking it's on the left hand side of the large building. I was looking for some espresso beans and the barista shared with me four beans to choose from. I was tempted to get Carl of the fog at first but decided with welichu wacku. Amazing craft roasted coffee. Owner Marcel and the baristas always take time to tell you about the roast and suggest a blend. If you're familiar with Ikon from a farmer's market, it's definitely worth a trip to the cafe, which is located in the roastery. The pour-overs (only available at the cafe) and the chill atmosphere make the cafe my favorite go-to coffee place.
