Worst chick fil a ever stay away I wouldn’t recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone one of the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to I have been a loyal customer after waiting 30 minutes for my order to receive the wrong order completely then to pay the difference on items that I had ordered after waiting is crazy to me only go if you want to receive raw chicken not only that the employee act like if their doing you a favor after spending almost. $70 to feel like You’re trying to pull a fast one over them is upsetting I recommend going to the LA Mesa they are the best I tried 3 times to give them a chance because they are closer to my work but would rather drive to La Mesa Where they would get my order right If they know they make a mistake will try to make it right
They forgot my fork. How am I gonna eat my Mac without my fork ?

We order form here a few times a week. The food is excellent but the employees need to be way more careful with the drinks. Everytime, our drinks are covered in soda, dripping down the sides and the lids are overflowing. I do feel that employees shouldn’t have long nails when handling food. A female employee accidentally stabbed my drink with her beautiful long nail and she still gave it to me. It was literally pouring out. Other than that, everything’s good.

I’ve been to many CFA’s across the U.S and I have never seen a single restaurant that is as slow as this one. Busy or not busy they consistently take a whilleeeeee to get your food. I moved to Lemon grove in Aug of 2023 and have never received my food here in under 20 minutes. At the very least they are consistent with taking forever to give you your food ?

Everything is great but I never get the sauces I ask for and it ruins the meal. I’ll get random assortments of sauces or just not get the sauces I requested it’s really annoying otherwise

Did the manager/owner hire stupid people cuz apparently no one there knows how to do there job or listen to the customers they always mess up our orders or give attitude when we tell them that they gave us the wrong meal last time coming to this location the La Mesa location is way better you guys need to hire older people not little teenagers that don’t know anything or that give attitude for no reason
