Located in a run-down strip mall next to a thrift store. No AC Hole in the wall family owened entie family works here. Place is a little rundown. Definitely made for the blue collar. Hard-shelled Shreded beef tacos were extra crispy, flavorful will definitely return when I am in the area. Love

Im 8 months pregnant and I order 40 $ of food i asked for a cup of water and they deny me a cup of water like wow I always buy food from here . this is the last time I come to this place that's for sure . cashier said it's only for people that eat here lol seeing me with a big belly that's sad .

Best smoothie I have ever had. Then I tried a torta and they blew my mind twice in a row. The chicks are hot, the food is good, the smoothies are from heaven. I hestitate giving them 5 stars because of my selfishness. But they have earned it. (Tried both their adobada and a regular carne asada Torta. And the recommended smoothie, get a large melon and mango!) If they ever happen to read this, make sure to keep up with getting the styrofoam cups and wide straws please!
Ate there earlier today during a thrift store excursion. We were hungry and it was too hot to eat outside standing up so we took a chance on Hector's, seeing it had pretty good reviews when we searched for their menu on Google. It's small but has several tables. We were blown away by the variety of items on offer - it was a cornucopia of delicious-sounding offerings. We finally decided and ordered with the very pleasant young woman manning the order counter. One of our party had a complicated order and we realized that we should really level up our Spanish skills for the future. All good, smiles and good humor go a long way. I ordered the Sabrosa burrito which was surf n turf, shrimp and beef. Another ordered the California, and the third one ordered a carne asada burrito which wasn't on the menu but which they made him anyway. I also ordered a small ensalada de fruta - fruit salad on a hot day is always a good idea. We say down to wait and i noted that the place was well-kept and clean, nice display of fresh fruit. When we got our food we were astounded at the size, literally three meals for me! AND the small salad was not only a work of art but was a meal unto itself. It was full of beautiful fruit, adorned with raisins, coconut and queso Fresca. And then I started on my burrito - it was totally delicious, just the right amount of juicy and spicy and so full of good stuff. We all agreed that the food was beautifully cooked, delicious and very good value. Definitely would recommend this place. Spring Valley isn't on my regular commute, but i would go out of my way to get food here any time. And the bathroom is very clean
