Great food, small family owned business. I've been here atleast a dozen times. My favorite is the stir fried egg noddle combo. Their pho is delicious. Then I like to top it off with a taro boba for dessert. Delish! Many different options to choose from on the menu. But this place I crave and I go often. One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in San Diego.

I don't know anything about Vietnamese food. But I have been to 4 places now. Bay Terraces at Woodman and the 54. The one on El Cajon near Euclid, the one in PB on Ingraham. And this one. The other three were all slightly different, but good. This one has bad service. Food came had to ask for water twice. No refills, as a matter of fact they walked past my table 6 or 7 times and only came back once. To drop off the check. I'm not sure what the issue is. But I won't be back. Too many palaces eat in C.D.Oro

This is my go to spot for lunches as we usually order their bang mi dac biet or if we have enough time we will sit and dine in for some of their delicious pho. The owner and his family are welcoming and very hospitable even when it's busy. The ambiance is pretty chill and laid back with a beautiful fish tank to highlight their spacious dining area. Order the pho dac biet xe lua and ask for the green onions in oil and the white onions with vinegar.

super sick and spent my last $20 on some pho for takeout and this is what they gave me. now i'm broke thanks. edit: went in to ask for a refund and showed them this picture, they tried to tell me that it looks like that because they thaw out the frozen meat in the microwave? no microwave is turning raw meat black. he did not refund me.

3.5 We were near the area and we decided to pick up some food here. My family likes Pho soup so we placed two orders of soup, two orders of Pad Thai with tofu, and some egg rolls. I've actually enjoyed this place in the past because its convenience of being nearby and all, but for this visit it was off. I felt like the quality wasn't as good as usual. Oh and be careful looking up their website on the internet. Looks like it has a virus/ hacked.

Alright for the area, I like the pho restaurant about an exit away. The actual pho and broth are ok when you don't want to drive further to get pho. The lady who works here sort of has an attitude sometimes but probably because she works here all day. It is awkwardly quiet inside the restaurant.

I really like the pho here. big portions, flavorful broth, fresh ingredients, and reasonable prices. they have cute music playing and very fast service, so you don't have to wait long for your soup. they have really big fish in their small fish tank, which are way too big for that fish tank. they should probably replace them with smaller fish, because those big fish are surely unhappy in such a crampt space. just saying. great restaurant.

Very strange dine in and seating area . Then came to find out it was a pizza joint before the owner took over. Apparently they never bothered to remodel the place. It was just standard pho with subpar service. Spring rolls tasted days old. I ordered a cup of hot tea and my cup smelled like dirty towel. The bathroom was dirty. Will not come again..

Of all of the places that I have ate throughout San Diego, this restaurant delivers authentic, quality Vietnamese cuisine at a quick pace. I tried places like Naruto (Third Ave, Chula) or even more of the streamline spots in Convoy and they come nowhere close to Pho and Grill International.This location is not as busy during the week so it is best to visit during that time to avoid any wait time. Once I enter, I was immediately sat at a table and browsed the menu. After putting my order, my meal came around 15 minutes later. The quality and quantity of food you get for the price point still gets me to this day. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good meal.
