Everything I ordered esp the hot honey pizza tasted great. My pizza was shaped a little odd which seemed suspicious because of things I've seen on the internet. Shape seemed to give me slightly less pizza than if it was the perfect circle pizzas normally

Placed an order, told me it would be done in 15 min. I show up, my pizza hasn’t even got started!! To make things worse, I received my pizza, and it wasn’t even cut right, wasn’t cooked all the way! Don’t recommend coming to this Pizza Hut

Overall I was satisfied with the service what I had a problem with was the pizza was overcooked and almost 1/3rd of the pizza had no sauce or topping. If you like the crust around the pizza then you will like this pizza, however for me I like a regular crust with sauce and toppings that go right to the edge of the crust this pizza did not do that

My pizza was under done, the cheese barely covered the dough, and my extra pepperoni, wasn't extra at all. Sometimes it's great, today I was ripped off. I would have said something but I didn't open it till I got home. Sucks!!!

I have been eating at Pizza Hut for over 35 years and this was the worst experience I've had the food sucked excuse my wording there was about 6 to 8 people standing around not helping just looking at me. When we had Pizza Hut in Lemon Grove the Pizza and Customer Service was outstanding since they moved the quality of their Food and Service has been going down. After 35 plus years we will no longer shop for Pizza at Pizza Hut.

This place always burns the pizza we order and they have shitty costumer service and they always say that "no matter what the cheese will always be burnt like that cause it's just cheese and it has nothing else to burn". This is the 4th or 5th time they've done this and I do not recommend this place to no one and plus their wings are mid at best.
