The food is freshly prepared and not like typical Filipino cantinas where you point at the food, which has been out for awhile. Their bowls have the right amount of rice, meat and veggies. Well balanced meal and not greasy. Highly recommended for a modern feel of traditional Filipino food. We need to make Filipino food match the modern times.
