“Chef Budda Blasian Soul Food came to our office for lunch. They were extremely responsive & were happy to work with my organization's extra security policies. On the day of the event, staff was super friendly & the food was DELICIOUS. While they offered lunch portions, most of our employees opted to get the full dinner meal& some even came back out to get another meal for dinner. Personally, I had the combo wings, tenders, mac & cheese, & rice & gravy and everything was AMAZING! The food was cooked fresh & the chicken was crispy on the outside but SO juicy on the inside. When I was eating it at my desk, the smell alone had my coworkers peeking into my cubicle to see what I was eating. If you haven't tried them yet, I highly suggest you do! We will absolutely be asking them to come back in the future.“
“Wow! I really love the chicken. I ordered the Combo #1 which included 2 pieces of chicken and a waffle! The only thing I want to complain about is the waffle - it was thick and fluffy which I appreciated... but it was soggy. I will say, I didn't get to go here in person (my boyfriend picked up for me) so maybe that contributes to the soggy waffle? Would like to try again!“
“Sooo deliciousGreat portionsI had the shrimp and grits and let me tell you I would go back just for that!!The shrimp was a nice size perfectly seasoned and the grits with the cheese was perfection Soo goodMy mother had the fried fish and she isn’t a fan of fried but said it was goodThe breadstick that came with the order was delicious tooMy only disappointment was the dessertI ordered the banana puddingIt wasn’t Bad just not as good as I hoped since the other food was soo goodI will definitely be returningParking: Parking is a little trickyIf you go on a weekday when there’s less traffic you should be fineI parked on the street a couple of feet away from the locationThere isn’t a big sign and it isn’t a big restaurant so you may miss itThere’s no parking lot so you have to get the closest spot on the streetYou shouldn’t have to pay as you’re only picking up food for less than an hour“
“Good soul food selection, as that food style is very limited in San Diego! Nice young ladies work there completing orders.I ate inside while a sports game was on but the TV had an issue!I'll be back!Parking: Plenty of parking in a big lot shared by various businesses.“
