I feel bad for the young mexican guy that works there, he was understaffed, but did the best he can . It was super busy , while the Iraqi girl insisted on being on break . 5 stars for the guyI star for the girl
Great place, but, do not expect a refund for their mistakes on your online orders. Employee said I couldn't get a refund since the sandwich was already made, still after recognizing her mistake. I ended up just taking it as well as the previous time.

When they have someone working here that knows what they are doing, the food is fresh and service is excellent... last week I received that 5-star service. Unfortunately, they are often understaffed during lunch and dinner rush time frame and/or the folks working there are so blatantly miserable and lazy that the food is brown, spoiled, rotten, or just not fresh. I have learned to go in and check the food freshness and see who's working before ordering, and im always prepared...read full review
