“The food is freshly prepared and not like typical Filipino cantinas where you point at the food, which has been out for awhile. Their bowls have the right amount of rice, meat and veggies. Well balanced meal and not greasy. Highly recommended for a modern feel of traditional Filipino food. We need to make Filipino food match the modern times. So happy too that it's near my home and not all the way in Clairemont or Mira Mesa.Parking: No problem with parking even during a rainy day.“
“I came upon This taco shop while waiting for my ride when my car broke down! The staff was friendly the food was a very pleasant surprise!I had the pollo street tacos chips and guacamole.Very good!!If I'm ever in the area I will eat there again I can't wait to try the Filipino side of the menu!“
“CASH ONLY!!! Ordering was a little different. You order at the table at the door, employee told me leave the money on table and come back in 10 minutes when food is ready. The menu of items were attacked on each other. 6 piece of Lumpia Shanghai (Pork) and Chicken Adobo was $19.50. Lumpia was a solid 3/5 stars. Good size, nice crunch, but I feel the flavor was missing something, maybe more meat. Chicken Adobo was solid. Two legs and a thigh served with helping of white rice. Adobo sauce all over the place. Tart, Salty combination of vinegar and soy sauce paired with seasoning.“
“A new Pinoy food place in Chula Vista area. The location is a bit more isolated from commercial areas. The dining area is a lil bit smaller but it feels good and comfortable to eat those meals freshly prepared when they served up to you. I ordered TAPSILOG, which is a combination plate of beef tapa, sunny side up egg and garlic rice. The beef tapa is very tender and very garlicky. AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! For dessert, I have buko Pandan. Creamy and sweetly flavored. Super like it! Both food were served about 15 minutes and the staff has offered more choices on their menu. Staff is very friendly and helpful to recommend their best seller amongst the food choices on their menu. I am happy that there are more Filipino restaurants popping out in Chula Vista. Another place for Filipinos to pig out and enjoy! Highly recommended to everyone. Will come back to this place soon to try more of their food in the menu.“
“First coming here at “Tita’s” Filipino food here in San Diego, wasn’t disappointed, it’s like home cook meal, I suggest “Sinigang n Kaldereta”. They only not serve to Filipinos you see all kind of people having Filipino food n not just chowmein, but Filipino combo food too like sinigang n fried fish, beefsteak. Highly recommended and did I mention that their portion is so generous like they’re giving these meal for free!Vegetarian options: One of my favorites “chopsuey “, pretty goodParking: Huge parking lot, people come and go so no issues with parking for me, next to “Island Pacific” supermarket“

“Best Lumpia in town! Must Try! Spencer does an amazing job merging a family staple with new & tasty creations. The Lola's lumpia, Calamansi wings, pancit and peach cobbler lumpia (Wow!) were all 5 stars. Can't wait to come back for dinner.“
“I like this place the portions are hugh, i wished they used better meat for there carne asada. The last burrito i got was a California burrito the meat was like chewing on leather for 17 dollars yes 17 dollars for one burrito you should be able to chew it. Hopefully they step up they're quality of beef and then they will be the best place in town“
“Fredcel's is bomb. Takeout only and cash just heads up. Parking can be terrible but the food is worth it. The lumpia is amazing and I've never had anything I didn't like. They used to have blood soup which was sooo good but it's never around anymore. Super friendly people and you're in and out real quick.“
“Great food- good people! HONEST PINOYS! We came to buy sisig. We ordered 2 large cups. The server said "we don't have enough for 2 large, just one large and one small". My husband and I looked at each other - the situation is so familiar @Porky's Lechon! We waited in suspense... To our amazement- it was one large and small! No overcharging! We went to Porky's Lechon 1 1/2 years ago and bought sisig. The owner charged for a large cup when the content is just enough for a medium! Way to go KABABAYAN! Great food good people!“
