ATTN Manager or Corporate. It is clear that there are issues of accuracy and lack of care in customer orders. I don't consume meat so I appreciate the beyond burger option! However, my order has been made incorrectly 3 times. This shouldn't happen! My small combo order is the same every time a beyond bbq cheeseburger (it's in the receipt so I know it's not my mistake) and have received: 1. A regular burger with meat!!! Come on! 2. First time here since Covid. Ordered 2 superstars with cheese, fries, fried zucchini and a drink. Got it home and no receipt. Oil from the zucchini was all over the burgers and the bag. Pulled the zucchini out first as it was on top and oil was dripping from the bottom. Fries were cold and burgers where burnt. Lemonade drink had no ice. Tried to call but the number goes to fax. This is place is STUPIDITY in fast food business form. They won't let me purchase by walking through the drive through. I have to be in a car. I can't walk in, order and take it with me. I asked the drive through cashier how am I supposed to use my Carl's Jr. gift card. She said I would have to go through the drive through in a car. I told the cashier This place can go to hell.
