What is the difference between Wendy's and the other Burger chains? I'll tell you every once in awhile I want something different or lighter so I get a baked potato and sometimes I'll get a chili bowl with it I really like those two items it's a lot better than having a hamburger although I love Wendy's burgers also but it's nice to have some place you can get something that's not on any other menu and any of the other places like the potato and the chili anyway that's about all I have to say so if you want something different on a trip and you're out on try a baked potato and possibly a bowl of chili

Place definitely don't open at 6am lights are on but drive thru says to come back at normal business our whish sucks because they have awesome breakfast.

There was a coupon in the Wendy’s app for a $1 Dave’s single. The employee at the counter scanned the coupon and then put my order as a combo. I said no this is only for the burger. She tried to fix it but could not. The manager also could not fix it and said their scanner is not working right now. Maybe the employees at the counter should be informed of that issue before scanning?? The coupon disappears from the app once it is scanned so it can’t be used at another location. Manager said they can’t honor the price on the app and they have no control over the app which I understand. However now the coupon is gone and can’t be used anywhere else. This in itself is a poor app function. If the transaction is not completed, it should not disappear. Also the individual store should be able to honor the price in the app. I’m sure they could but chose not too. Oh well, will visit other locations in the future rather than this one. Poor customer service.

I ordered a chicken asiago sandwich and the bun was stale and hard and tasted like cardboard. The french fries reeked of extremely old fryer grease. Absolutely disgusting. Made my son and I sick! We were on the road and didn't open the food until further away from the establishment. Otherwise I would have taken it back and got my money back.

Worst Employees Every Night shift Is Okay But everything I get breakfast in the morning the people are Very mean Including The drive THRU Workers food is either Cold Or Stale or burnt cookies are always stale Don’t come to this Wendy’s

Went thru drive thru and ordered a few nugget meals, the word SPICY never was spoken... Got home and ALL MY NUGGET ARE SPICY!!! IF U DIDNT HAVE REGULAR NUGGETS SAY SO. MY KIDS ARE AUTISTIC AND DO NOT LIKE SPICY FOOD!!! Called to make it right and they said I said spicy nuggets...yea no more Wendy's for my family... WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE TOO MANY MISTAKES TOO MANY TIMES

Thought by now, after years of trying to get a chocolate frosty here they would finally have their machine fixed. The answer is a big fat NOPE. Cannot even get a smile from staff.I only grabbed fries (not good either) because I am starved and in a hurry to see the game.Management, you need to get it together.
They have family size chicken nuggets!! That is all…..
