I ordered ubereats from this location. I ordered a burger and fries. The fries were so salty. The burger tasted fine but for some reason i didnt feel too good after a few bites of the fries and burger. I had to request for a refund through ubereats and throw the items out. Didnt settle with my stomach well. I was dissappointed. I was left hungry the entire night...

My boyfriend was obsessed with place forever telling me how phenomenal the burgers are! I finally had a chance to try it and I'm impressed. We called in and placed an order for pickup. The decor in the restaurant is cute and reminds me of an old burger spot from the 50s, a diner feel. They burgers are customizable and come with many options. I selected to have my burger on a bed of lettuce (they do have gluten free buns here) the burger was a huge portion and filled me up! The burgers are pricy here but worth it. Fantastic crispy fries and house ranch hit the spot. Highly recommend coming in with the family, on a date, for a meet up with friends or ordering to go. The workers were friendly and I noticed it was quiet when we were there, show this place some love! We will return for more burgers and fries in the future. A comfortable place with decent quality items that doesn't make you feel sick hours after eating it, like most greasy food. You can tell they put a lot of time, attention and love in to their food.

Roberta is the absolute best! Not only did she provide exceptional service to my friend Kelly and I, but I was observing the way she was also servicing other people! On their way out, each and everyone of their 50 members in their party could not stop complementing her for her customer service, how she made them feel taken care of. Food is excellent. Service has been poor at this location. Waiters not friendly. Very transactional. It's been like this for a long time. Won't return. Really miss the Toluca Lake location but it is now closed. It was superior in every way. Not this location.

I have been to Counter Custom Burger years ago and didn't have a good experience. I stopped going there until this year 2024. I went there 3 times in the past couple of months and WOW what a change from the years before. I have to say that the food is beyond DELICIOUS!! Gourmet burgers. I have tried their OLD SCHOOL BURGER twice, and their Meltdown chicken sandwich with Basil Pesto Dressing. Also their shoe lace french fries which was soooooo good that you want to get more. I have also tried couple of their salads with different protein and was also very yummy:)) Place is clean, not too crowded and very modern looking for a burger/fries/shakes type of a place.I very much approve and even though I hardly consume any alcohol, they have a great selection of beer and wine. Also stools that you feel like you are at a bar. Can also be casual, dressy, or however you want to phrase it!! Friendly service. This past couple of times that I have been there...Robertha was my server and she is highly qualified person in every way. Super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, with a pretty smile on her face and she wants to make sure that you are satisfied in every way. I like her approach. She doesn't rush you and wants to make sure that she got your order right before she leaves your sight. She is just GREAT!! Thank you Robertha for your genuine, kind service! She makes you feel comfortable and welcomed!:)) Overall this few times that I have been there, I have nothing bad to say about anything or anyone that I have dealt with at Counter Burger!! Keep up the good work! Consistency is the key to the main ingredient not only in food, but in life!!!!!! Will be back hopefully soon. Robertha has my vote and because of her genuine, humanitarian skills and service she deserves a raise and got a generous tip from me this couple of times that she served me!! This is our go to neighborhood burger joint. Burgers are always perfect with a big selection and a build your own option. The fries, Omg the fries are the best. Service is always fast, efficient, friendly and makes you want to come back. Always clean and inviting inside.

I used to love this place! I would bring my nephew here weekly and he loved the grilled cheese and I love the wings. We went there last night after about 6 months and the food quality and portions have deteriorated. I'm not sure if there are new owners, but it seemed like a completely different restaurant. I ordered the sriracha wings and there was BARELY any sauce on them. They used to come drenched in sauce and so flavorful! It literally looked like someone just dropped a few spoonfuls of sauce on the wings and barely tossed them. My nephew ordered the grilled cheese trifecta and it was half the size of what it used to be. The loaded tots came out soggy and the last thing they were was "loaded." While the service was good, I will never come back to this place again. Very disappointing.

Cheeseburger, fries and Diet Coke is my MOST favorite meal! This was the first time I'd been at a Counter! Everything was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!! Service was fantastic! Cheeseburger unbelievably delicious, great fries and even the Diet Coke was perfect!! Wish they'd open one in Brentwood! (Hint!)
