My boyfriend was obsessed with place forever telling me how phenomenal the burgers are! I finally had a chance to try it and I'm impressed. We called in and placed an order for pickup. The decor in the restaurant is cute and reminds me of an old burger spot from the 50s, a diner feel. They burgers are customizable and come with many options. Roberta is the absolute best! Not only did she provide exceptional service to my friend Kelly and I, but I was observing the way she was also servicing other people! On their way out, each and everyone of their 50 members in their party could not stop complementing her for her customer service, how she made them feel taken care of. I have been to Counter Custom Burger years ago and didn't have a good experience. I stopped going there until this year 2024. I went there 3 times in the past couple of months and WOW what a change from the years before. I have to say that the food is beyond DELICIOUS!! Gourmet burgers.
