Really liked their mango orange milk tea. Got it without the crystallized boba and at 25% sweetness - it was perfect! Enjoyed the orange bits in my tea. Will definitely be back! Parking is easy to find and service was quick
This Happy Lemon is always my go-to location. It's convenient and staff are friendly. The store is clean and is very welcoming. Parking can be a challenge sometimes as the lot is a little on the smaller size shared with other businesses. I ordered the E6. Honey Green Tea with Boba. It's one of my favorites. I also like the G5. Strawberry Green Tea. Anyway, it's a great spot for your Boba fix with plenty of great options.

Drinks and waffles are great. We got our usual strawberry milkshake, mango yakult (ask for 25% sugar or it's gonna be too sweet), and our most favorite milk tea with salted cheese. The waffle is crispy on the outside and a little chewy inside, just like how Hongkong bubble waffle supposed to be. Taro dipping cream is great too.The new guy is exceptionally kind and friendly.
