Worst place to get milk tea. We ordered Vietnamese coffee, the server said there will be less coffee as they want to save for next customers. Then we ordered Okinawa milk tea, which is literally milk purchased from Costco. There is no ounce of tea inside. Waste of $7. Pathetic service and food. Would have given negative points if Google allowed

First time in and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The spot is clean and the music playing felt lounge-y. The cashier was patient as I figured out what drink I would order, and he helped me decide which waffle to get-- the "popular" waffle is the original and it did not disappoint. I also tried the boba milk tea with puff cream and omg, my taste buds!! There's no going back to just regular boba drinks now hehe. I'll be back!!

Mmm wanted a dessert boba after dinner so stopped by happy lemon for their milk tea with salted cheese!! Bf ordered the roasted tea with salted cheese and said mine was better. I got 50% sweet less ice and he got 25% sweet no ice. I really like the flavor combo here and only get the salted cheese option here! Def recommend happy lemon chain.

Drinks and waffles are great. We got our usual strawberry milkshake, mango yakult (ask for 25% sugar or it's gonna be too sweet), and our most favorite milk tea with salted cheese. The waffle is crispy on the outside and a little chewy inside, just like how Hongkong bubble waffle supposed to be. Taro dipping cream is great too.The new guy is exceptionally kind and friendly. I think he's the nicest employee I've ever met there (I've been going to this place for a while). Too bad I didn't know his name. I wish him all the best of luck.We went this afternoon (Feb 19). I especially liked the new selection of music (instrumental of many classic and contemporary pieces). It was enjoyable for working and safe with kids around since it doesn't contain any lyrics/vulgarity.Kid-friendliness: They're welcoming towards kids. There's also a restroom available
We got a mango green tea and a brown sugar boba. The sweetness levels are too high, even when I requested the lowest (they can’t go zero sugar for many drinks).

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First there’s a long wait when the staff gave my order to someone else and served a lukewarm drank to me after the other customer brought back the drink. When I asked for a replacement, the person serving the drink was incredibly rude and didn’t agree to replace it saying the other party didn’t drink it. Definitely not recommended paying for such awful service.

Two stars for being open on Thanksgiving. However, I'm surprised California doesn't require employees handling food to wear gloves or wash hands. They were also out of boba as well as milk tea and other items. I kind of assume those are pretty big staples for them. Maybe a better idea to be closed than unprepared and understaffed.

I only order whole lemon honey green tea from Happy Lemon and had been to multiple locations. This location have a weird taste of whole lemon honey green tea. Not sure if they are using the same recipe.

Really liked their mango orange milk tea. Got it without the crystallized boba and at 25% sweetness - it was perfect! Enjoyed the orange bits in my tea. Will definitely be back! Parking is easy to find and service was quick
