“A very atmospheric and noisy Irish pub. Getting inside is like being transported to another country and discovering something new. We were there on Friday evening. You need to find a table yourself, so I advise you not to yawn and immediately go looking for it before someone more active gets ahead of you. On Fridays there are a lot of people and it’s almost impossible to find a free table, but we were lucky. I can also tell you - if you are very hungry, it is better to go to another establishment. For example, we waited for our order for more than 40 minutes and it was not happy. The service is quite long - it looks like the waiters can’t cope with such a flow of people. In general, the food is not bad, and the selection of alcoholic drinks, including beer, is quite good.“
“Ate here a few weeks ago while family was in town, and was very happy with the experience. Just barely ordered before Happy Hour ended (or was it Super Happy Hour? I don't recall!). While I wasn't really all that hungry, I opted for the fish and chips, because it's my goto for testing this type of place on a first visit. It was HUGE fillet, with crispy breading that was properly fried. I almost couldn't finish it, which is odd for me. Could have used a lot more lemon, as one piece doesn't do much, but that's such a minor issue. The service was great, even though our server was literally on her first shift, and being shadowed by another staff member. All in all it was a great experience.“
“This place was my to go to bar for the music, and dance but I think that DJ is no longer there on Saturday nights. It's not too bad on Fridays, but I like Saturdays better. This was my second year visiting this bar for the new years. It was pretty cool. The bartenders were quick and efficient.“
“Amazing selection of whiskey and bourbon! Staff was fantastic. Only gripe would be fish and chips had two small pieces of fish, and while it was good, it should have been 3. For the size, those two overs were not worth $17. It was more chips than anything and let's be real, I can get fries anywhere.“
“I had breakfast at Rosie McCann's in Santana Row on March 30th with a good friend who is both a successful executive and a fellow Church member. We had different things, but both thought the breakfast was outstanding. This is the second time we've met on Saturday for breakfast in the last few months. Rosie McCann's will be our primary spot for breakfasts in the future. I live a half mile from Santana Row so it is easy for me to walk to Rosie McCann's. I have attended Rosie McCann's in past years before moving to my current residence. The service is always prompt and effective. I will recommend Rosie McCann's to friends for the value and enjoyment it represents. I have been to Ireland, and I'm sure the Irish visiting San Jose will feel at home.“
“Ok. So, this is an older crowd for sure but I had the best time here. The band was great and everyone was dancing - recipe for a great night. The bar had two bartenders that Friday night . Plenty of seating area but I didn't check out the restroom situation so idk. I would go back“
