I was in the mood for koobideh and happened across this recommendation on Yelp. It was so tasty! Perfectly spiced and the meat was nice and juicy. I only wished that there was some sumac sprinkled on top of the rice. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall with easy parking. Mostly tables of 2 and 4 are available, though I think the owners would have been happy to move tables and chairs around for larger groups.
Got food to go. Double Chicken Kubideh over rice and Beef Kubideh over rice. Both were great. Chicken Kubideh had lots of herbs and saffron. Beef is flavorful and juicy. Service was good and friendly.

I don't have pictures of food as I was very hungry I went to Union ave location Place is small but clean food is amazing, fresh and hot. I always order here the plater with chicken and beef kabab with rice . I have never got disappointed from food or customer service. You should give it try
