Came here on a Saturday as two of my friends had drastically different views on Peets and I wanted to try it for myself to form my own opinion. I got the Matcha Frappe, which I found to be far better than the one from Starbucks. The matcha they use is much stronger, allowing you to actually taste the matcha, and the atmosphere is also good for doing work. Baristas are friendly and service was decent. I am willing to try one of the other drinks if I return to this general area.
Came in for an iced latte with oat milk. A decent brew. Service was reasonably quick.Drink was prepared properly and tasted great.Still serves the flat lids and straws, unlike Castro street which has migrated to those sippy-lids.Parking was easy with the large attached lot.

Many seating options, there's parking but there's also many restaurants around but you should be able to find a few for sure. Loved my latte, they made it the second time for me as they added sugar syrup by mistake but the drink was awesome! Flavorful without calories, 5 stars! Staff is great place is clean.
