I have only gotten pastries here so I can't say anything about the coffee. The parking here is straight up atrocious. There is no parking. I normally park temporarily in the habit Burger pickup area. So that I can quickly grab the pastries at this store and leave. Too bad we cannot enjoy the nice atmosphere and the outdoor seating since we are in the rush to get to the car to not get it towed. So if you plan to hang around, you have to stop by during the middle of the day when there's nobody. But normally we come here later in the afternoon for afternoon snack and there is no parking to speak of. The pastries are good but other than that we can't say anything good about the location.
I was the only person in the place and ordered 2 coffees and 2 cakes. After 10 minutes when he was not ready, a lady claimed that she had received online orders and they were a priority. When the coffee and cakes arrived it turned out that the cakes were dry and stale. I recommend not to enter this place.

Poor customer service with the morning staff. They messed up my order. They fixed it after I called it out, but the barista acted like she was doing me a favor for a very simple order they messed up.

I visited the store because I really liked pumpkin spice latte last year. This year it was not at all good , i didn't really have any pumpkin flavor and tasted bad.

Customer service is not good , they don't greed people , they don't say thank you , they are 3 young women's , I though the first priority is customers , smile and welcome us ! I bet the manager from this location is the same or even worse!

I went into Peets Sunnyvale this morning (tuesday) to spend $100 on beans. Of the twelve or so beans on their menu, they had only one, and expected no more in until Saturday
