If I ever need to get my Mexican sweet bread fix, I go to Ruby's Pan Dulce. It's a cozy little neighborhood bakery with a clean environment, and the ladies working are efficient and welcoming. They have an expansive case filled with a wide variety of delicious pastries - just grab a tray, a pair of tongs, and pick whatever your heart desires! I've tried many different kinds of pan dulce, but my favorite has to be the conchas. They're super soft and fluffy. The empanada with guava paste is a close second. They also offer tamales, tres leches, bolillo, champorado, and fresh fruit juices. You'll be shocked at how economically these items are priced. You won't regret grabbing one of everything!

I went towards the end of the day and I was expecting the pan dulce to be a bit hard or stale. It was still soft and warm. 10/10 recommend coming here for your pan dulce.
