Subway sends out coupons, and then some locations in the area won't accept them. That wouldn't be the worst in its self, but some of them basically lie and say they'll take them until you're at the register, and then they'll charge you full price anyway. They do this here and so does the one at 3155 Mission College Blvd. Just say you don't honor promotions and be honest about it.

I place online order for the #3 the monster and oven roasted turkey & ham. After I picked it up and back home, found out in the Monster, there is no bacon at all and only two slice of steak, I didn’t add any cheese but there is cheese inside. It isn’t what I ordered at all. For one roasted turkey & ham, only 3slice turkey and 1slice ham, which is absolutely not normal. Also when I picked up, the guy in the store thrower away my receipt in purpose. Overall, please avoid this subway.

Turned back once saying doesn’t accept coupons.Turned back second time at 3pm saying he was on break - though the store “open” sign outside was glowing!!Don’t go here

Don't go here. Came here a year ago, guy searched mine and my friends' bags because he thought we stole a drink. He didn't have a search warrant or permission and refused service unless he searched our bags. Went in today, the same guy denied service for no reason. We came in at 2 PM (that's supposed to be store hours). Thanks man

This restaurant is the ONLY subway restaurant I do not want to go there anymore . My house is only 5 minutes walking distance, however I would rather to go further to any other subway. The reasons are 1) The coupons I receive by mail are not granted most of time. 2) The owner is no friendly. One time I walked into the store and waited for a couple of minute, but still no employee showed up, so I asked if anyone was there. The indian owner came out and blame me why I shout. Is it wrong to check if anyone can help after waiting there for a couple of minutes? From then, I do not go there anymore.
Worse Subway ever...... Very stingy with the amount of ingredients being put on the sandwich. I will never go to this one again..... Why would I pay 7-9 dollars for a piece of bread???? Save yourself and go to either subways down the street from this one.... Take the extra 2 min drive it is worth it!

They don't accept mail coupons though they come in the mail. I live near it, but will not return. I had heard from a friend that the employees are rude there and got to experience how rude the guy was. When I tried to hand him the coupon he said 'I told you before that we don't take those' -- this was my first time going to this shop. I gave the guy a confused look and then left. From then I go to another Subway.

Awesome customer service , quick and efficient. Everyone working here is always smiling , they greet you and the small talk is very nice and warm . I always go this location to get my lunch or dinner . I recommend this location . It’s neat and clean and very efficient.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Very disrespectful staff and manager, they will argue with you and create trouble on you, just go to any other stores it will be better. I don't even know how it survived for this long with the most terrible experience. Scroll through the comments all the high ratings are either a few words or no comments at all. I recommend 100% this subway. Excellent attention from the employees, cordial greeting and very friendly. The store is very clean, the food is excellently presented and the sandwiches are prepared with great professionalism. The employees wear gloves all the time and the ingredients look fresh. Best sandwich I recommend.
