Staff is most important looks like young kids from college or high schools very efficient and alert, didn't even force me to buy any item for using their restroom. Great location and walkable right at the corner of Stelling and Hollenbeck opposite to Bank of America. Most importantly it shares the store with KFC thus you can get both under one roof, how nice!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Tacobell! After placing my order, I dared to request a cup for water, and guess what? The cashier had the audacity to declare that they don't hand out cups for free; you have to purchase a drink to access the fountain water. This is beyond ridiculous and marks the first time I've encountered such abysmal customer service at Tacobell.To add insult to injury, the cashier argued that it costs them money to provide water and free cups, which amounts to a measly 5 cents or even less. Fellow customers witnessed this absurdity and rallied behind my plea for a simple cup of water.As if that wasn't enough, when I asked to speak to the store manager or owner, the cashier had the nerve to claim they were the manager and had the right to deny water to customers. Apparently, the owner was too important to bother with my "poor complaints." I suppose I'm deemed poor because I chose to dine at Tacobell, invest in their business, and have the audacity to ask for a basic necessity without shelling out for an overpriced drink. Water is free at every other Tacobell location, but this one seems to operate in its own twisted universe of customer disdain. Unbelievable!

Ordered two DLT supreme and they charged me accordingly, but they gave me the regular ones—I want my $1.40 back (no not really, but would you stop messing up my orders FFS). On a side note, why is the regular even an option, who wants a taco with just lettuce and cheese

I ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito with no sour cream. It was given to me with beef I went all the way back to get the correct order only to come home again to have it have sour cream now they won't answer the phone. And when I went back there was no cars no one inside and I don't know what is so funny about me having to come back but all the employees were laughing after the girl took the receipt back and had to remake it. Ever had a problem until now 00 stars

This Hollenbeck taco bell got my order wrong. I didn't visit this one for 3 years and thought it might have improved.I only looked at it when I got home. Missing burrito and instead, got an extra chalupas. Missing cinnamon twists too.The other taco bell near me also had orange juice, while this one had fountain drinks only.

I try to be nice about them always asking me to park in a spot my van does not fit if there is other car around the shift manager lady is always rude about it. If your working on a good drive thru time you should cook faster not make a customer wait for 15 minutes in the parking lot I would understand if I ordered a lot of food but I ordered one meal and there was no one behind me in drive thru. This is happened many time but I’m just sick of it and now I’m hoping someone can teach this manager lady to be more understanding when a CUSTOMER tells her when I park my long work van in the parking lot and someone els is there I can’t make the turn or get out. You putting the drive thru time ahead of a PAYING return customer is not right. So today I received my meal and my Mexican pizza was put on it side at some point for pay back or something I’m not sure. It’s sad they treat there customers like this over there poor drive thru times. The other manager that is there at night usually he is awesome and always friendly. And the lady that took my order was very kind and professional she should take the lady’s manager position.

Poor service. They told me to make a purchase for the Taco Tuesday even though the terms and conditions specifically say NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. They also refused to give one person one taco. They would only give us one taco for the one purchase we made. After we read the details of the promotion on social media, we returned back to the Taco Bell and asked them to correct their mistake. The lady was extremely rude and condescending saying we don't need to make a fuss over a taco and said its one free taco per transaction. NOT! It's one free taco per person and she made us wait 22 minutes exactly to receive a taco. RUDE MANAGER!! Not to mention what they did was violation of the terms of the promotion in the first place.

The food is mildly mediocre, but the low costs make up for it. For the very reasonable portion sizes, and the options available, an excellent choice for a low budget, with many good combos of sort-of-Mexican food.
I know this is a fast food chain. But it’s the employees that make or break each store. This one has a man named Luis (I believe) running the front counter. It’s employees like him that make a store great. He is so attentive and polite. He provided GREAT customer service. Thank you! Definitely coming back to dine in.

I asked for #1 regular with a Baja blast drink. At the window she handed me a Baja blast freeze. I asked her to fix it. When I got home I found sour cream in my regular tacos . Regular tacos come with lettuce, cheese, and the meat nothing else. Literally none of my order was given to me correctly. I was also the only customer in the drive thru wasn't even busy for there to be a mishap.
