I ordered a quesabirria and a tostada ceviche, and it was delicious. The meat was thinly sliced with cheese and stir-fried onions and bell peppers. The tortilla that the meat was folded into was well done, and the dipping broth was good as well. The shrimp ceviche was well done, and the tostada that it came on was crispy; I really enjoyed this light dish. For a taco truck next to a gas station ?. I’ve been here a few times and gotten Al pastor, cabeza, carne asada, and Campechano tacos. Not saying the others aren’t good but get Al pastor for sure.Al pastors on a spit, so you get the slow roasted and quick crispy texture from the plancha.Cabeza, was nice and soft.
