We’ve been here before and have returned multiple times since because the food is really good. This last time we visited though stood out because of a particularly considerate act by one of the female employees on duty. My wife and I had just been brought our food and were preparing to eat when a man entered the restaurant to pick up a to-go order. This place has gotten way better than our first visit many years ago when we vowed we'd never go back. But the recent reviews seemed promising and this is one of the few places that serve spaghetti al la puttanesca. But their version is spicy with red pepper flakes which I don't enjoy and full of shrimp which I don't eat so it makes it $24. We usually go to their place in Los Altos and the SV place is very similar. Order and pay at the counter on the RHS, seat yourselves on the LHS in the dining area and wait for your order brought to your table.
