“Very good food my favorite are the enchiladas con queso.The only issue is that the lady has attitude I ordered to go since I use to come here and eat along time ago but she did not make me feel comfortable. Today I asked for sauce, a tomate one for my to go order and she told me ay mija you should of told me literally just had to get a cup with lid and pour it in.”

Their homemade cookies are amazing 👏 They go above and beyond to make you feel at home 🏡 they have AC and it's comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and provides a sound blocking experience. “We hired LA's Crepes as a vendor for our wedding in September 2022 and they were AMAZING! They had the most delicious crepes l've ever had and I loved the variety of their menu for our event. They were the perfect surprise and treat for our guests; everyone couldn't stop talking about them after our wedding! I would definitely hire them again and recommend anyone who is looking for a way to elevate your event with some delicious food to hire them. They were on time, friendly, and very easy to work with - they even made a custom powdered sugar design to top the crepes for us!”

“Dynamite fried fish at this little spot, located in a strip mall in Sylmar. I ordered red snapper and catfish, and both items were delicious--well-seasoned, perfectly cooked and served up piping hot. I particularly enjoyed the catfish. Outstanding flavor, very fresh tasting! So good! And the proprietor of this business is really friendly and welcoming. Very good food and very good vibes! I will be back.”

“Pupusas are delicious! I’ve tried many different restaurants in the valley and this one by far takes it. They are off of Foothill Blvd (in front of the Vons) Tuesday-Sunday. Hours vary from 9:30. Very affordable and they have an area where you can sit and eat. Also very clean, gloves are used to prepare your food.”

The lengua was delicious but I prefer my tripa a little crispier, so maybe my fault for not asking. Overall pretty flavorful tacos but everything else feels like an afterthought. The radish and pickled veggies have lost their crunch and some of the chips were stale.”

Asada pizza costs more, however they offer pizza you won't find anywhere else. I hate pinto beans. 🤢 💯 hate them. The asada pizza has refried beans on it. the asada pizza, beans and all is one of my favorite pizzas of all time. The way everything is seasoned and portioned makes the beans not just tolerable, they're delicious. I was reluctant to try the pizza. I'm so glad I did!

I don't recommend buying more than you'll eat in a single meal. The pizza isn't loaded with preservatives, it doesn't reheat great. It reheats ok. You'll be happier just ordering another fresh pizza tomorrow.

“Update, even better this week being setup at the San Fernando Brewery. Hard to beat great beer and Bbq. Added Mac and Cheese this week, did not disappoint. Brisket was great. Perfect Crust and Smoke. Cole Slaw was cut well, light and tasty. Beans had good smoke and we're tasty, although seemed like from a can. The Pickles are really good, you can just about eat them by themselves as I did on the drive home. This is just about as close to TX BBQ that I've had around these parts and a lot better than the closest Chain. Only thing missing are some Onions, different BBQ sauces (ex. Vinegary, Spicy) and a Gallon of sweet tea. Highly recommend this place. I will be back.”

Their coffee beans are a perfect blend of flavor—rich and delightful without any harsh aftertaste. Even better, it doesn’t leave you with that horrible acid reflux feeling that sometimes comes with strong coffee.
I ordered the horchata iced latte and specifically asked for it not to be too sweet. They nailed it. It was perfectly balanced—not overpowered by creamer, not too strong on the caffeine, just smooth and refreshing.
I also ordered the chicken pesto, and let me tell you: if you’re a pesto lover, this is what you want. The chicken tasted fresh, not frozen. The tomatoes were bright and flavorful, the arugula was crisp, and the pesto—with its well-blended nuts—brought everything together beautifully. The olive oil was light and balanced, making it satisfying without feeling heavy.
I’ve seen some mixed reviews about this place, but honestly, I think some people just need to travel a little farther to experience the difference between exquisite and mediocre—because this place is exquisite.
