“I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Just an incredible experience. The owner, Sam, was a delight from the start. As first timers, we had no idea what to order and were a bit overwhelmed with the gigantic menu! Sam and his wife Fabiola were extremely patient, breaking down each of the dishes and recommending his favorite dishes. Ultimately we went with the zaatar wrap.“It’s big,” Sam warned us with a smile.“I think i’ll be ok and can finish it,” I laughed.Boy was I wrong, LOL. The zaatar wrap is MASSIVE. I could only manage half of it, and I was starving. And it was only $13! I’ve had smaller sandwiches in LA for 16. It’s the best deal ever! After our very yummy and generous meal, Sam approached us and asked if we would like some coffee? on the house! He flavored it with cardamom, which is supposedly great for digestion. Was so happy that he gave us coffee at the end! It was delicious and the perfect end to a large satisfying meal. Will be customers for life!“

“My grandson wanted Greek food for lunch and this restaurant had good reviews - all five stars ? So when we get there, it was located on the left half side of a gas station. We decided to park and give it a try. My grandsons ordered chicken kebab plates with a rice base and two sides. I ordered the gyros plate with a greens base, grilled vegetables, and marinated feta cheese. The feta cheese didn't have a very good strong flavor like Greek feta and the texture was smooth, not chunky. The tzatziki was tasty but the cucumbers were too big and made it hard to spread it. The chicken was tender and juicy, the hummus had good flavor, and the rice had good spices. The gyros wasn't like the usual gyro meat sliced from the hanging vertical rotisserie. It was more slices of gyro meat that was browned on a grill or in a frying pan; the outside was not juicy and freshly cut like usual gyro meat. It did have a good flavor. The other thing was when we paid it asked for a tip. We added a tip, never been there before and not knowing what to expect. When our order was ready, we were called to the counter to pick it up. The food wasn't served on plates with normal silverware but in to go containers with plastic silverware. No offense, but don't ask for a tip if you aren't doing anything to deserve one. I suppose we didn't have to throw away our containers but it didn't seem right to leave them on the table. For those reviewers that think this is the best gyro you've ever had, there's a dozen better ones than this in the SFV.“

“I stumbled upon this bakery while visiting a different shop in the plaza and was pleasantly surprised by the owners' hospitality. They kindly offered to prepare fresh lahmajun if I could wait a bit and even treated me to complimentary Armenian coffee during my wait. The highlight was that my family absolutely adored the lahmajun! It's definitely a place we'll keep coming back to.“

“TLDR: Food is great. Bit pricey but maybe worth it. Really really like this place! Food is great and will give you the feeling that it was made with a lot of care. Flavors and seasoning are great. I have tried the chicken thigh and beef kababs, tabbouleh, falafel babaganoush and hummus and I think the babaganoush is particularly outstanding. The service was pretty standard, nothing particularly outstanding just your normal "as expected" good service. Staff is helpful and willing to answer questions. The do not sell the entrees as a side meaning if you want an extra kabab, they won't sell it to you individually, you would have to order a whole other plate. Think they need to reconsider this. I personally do not fully understand this. The ambiance gives local spot. Seems like many regulars are here from the way it vibes when you enter which is neither good or bad for me, it just what it is. The bathroom is clean and doesn't smell which is remarkable I suppose. Parking is a bit more difficult since they are in a strip mall that's maybe a bit smaller than most but that's not on them. It is what it is. At least its free.“

“I've driven past this cafe so many times and didn't even realize that there was a hidden gem there! Came in for lunch and was greeted by a sweet woman who took my order. It's definitely a mom and pops joint so you'll feel right at home immediately. I ordered the chicken shawarma with salad and the chicken didn't disappoint! It was tender and flavorful, just what I needed to satisfy my appetite. I do have to say that it's a small spot so there is no restrooms available for customers but if you're getting your car washed, you can use the one there and walk over.“

“Grade A (96): Food was excellent, Had 4 different type Kebabs and they were all amazing. The Antakly Bread was the best I've had, (Awesome and rich with veggies and Pepper paste). Krdiyeh (Cheese, Tomato & Jalapeño inside a toasted bread. Tabbouleh was very good with the right amount of lemon juice. Hummus & Babaghannouj were very good, but we had to order another Hummus because the quantity is a bit thin. Price per person can be anywhere from $20 to $50 depending on how much you want to eat, but I think $25 is a port good standard portion.Vegetarian options: Middle Eastern food has a lot of vegetarian options like Tabbouleh, Fattoush, Hummus, Mutabbal, Falafel, fries, Krdiyeh Cheese beureg etc.Parking: There was parking when we went.“

“The cashier was rude , I asked her if they sold carne asada fries. She pointed to the menu. I said it only says nachos. She replied " no" our Antonio's nachos are fries. How would I know that! I'm not a regular customer. And with that type of customer service surely I will not be a regular customer.“

“Tried this lunch spot today based off Yelp reviews. It did not disappoint. Quiet, clean, and the food was delicious. The owner, Lusy, was there and brought us a sample of their leek soup before bringing our order out. It was fantastic. We took some to go after finishing our meal. Highly recommend you seek out this hidden gem. My only complaint... parking is a little tough.“

“We ordered food from here last week for 20 people for the first time and it won't be the last time. All the food Was so fresh and delicious I didn't want to stop eating. I will continue to order from here all the time. Everyone at the table was very happy and kept asking where's the food from. “I've been coming here since 1992 or earlier. This is one of my best childhood memories. I remember when the owner had all the autographed pictures of famous people in the walls. I remember he' always said his mother makes the best and has the best recipes, top secret! If you want falafel this is the best. At 44 years old I am still trying to figure out his hot sauce. I crave it. But I'm in Orange County. If I ever go to LA I go there. My wish would be for him to open up in Orange County :)“
“Wow. The food is excellent, but the star of Flame Grill is Judah. He was super helpful and made sure I was well-taken care of. Very friendly and professional and a genuinely pleasant person to work with. Extremely accommodating, too. Thanks to this fellow, I will be back.“

“I've lived in Burbank since 2006 and I only just discovered Aleppo...ugh all those years of mediocre Mediterranean! The meat is tender and flavorful. Wraps are made with a slightly crunchy lavash bread (not pita). Fatoush was the best I've had. Portions are generous. Can't wait to go back. Everyone in the family was blown away.“
“Since the first Shabbat that I arrived in America we have been looking for Shabbat catering, since then for about a year we have been coming here every Friday and before holidays to buy kosher and delicious Shabbat catering. I don't know what we would do without this place. He always saves us at the last moment. The owner of the place Dudu always has a sense of humor and good energy!“

“I've been to this little hole in the wall. It doesn't have many places to sit but u can always eat outside. They have tables set up around the grill, where they cook there meats. I've tried the pork belly wrap. Only $10. It's more than enough to fill u up. Great food. I've gone back with family and friends and we all love it!“

“Great option for food if you are visiting Discovery Cube across the street since the cafe at the cube only serves cold food. My toddlers enjoyed their food - Cornish hen, pork ribs, hummus, red bean salad, rice, etc. Priced low and portions are generous. Food felt fresh, which is important to me for my kids. Service is great, too. Clean and open eating area. Tables are not sticky.Do note that food prep may take a bit (15-20 mins). The wait is worth it and to know the food is cooked fresh. You just have to figure out how to entertain the kids.“
