This is a small chain focusing on Hawaiian shave ice. While this shop is simple, they have all the key flavors and toppings to make a refreshing shave ice. Love me some good shaved ice, and Brian's has truly withstood the test of time. This location is in a large plaza with a pho place and a sushi place, and just next to Corbin Bowl. This is a good dessert place after a date or a day of fun. It is not much of a place to stay and hang, but that's okay. Service is efficient and polite.
