The things they serve are great. The kids always enjoy their shaved ice or boba. I've been coming here for years with cousins and family. BUT part of the experience of going to get shaved ice, or ice cream is to sit at the establishment enjoy our dessert and have a laugh. They took out their seating during Covid, we are not 4 years after its time to bring it back. It makes no sense to me why the tables and chairs are inside the establishment but we can not use them. Why do my children need to sit on a dirty sidewalk and eat their food. Gross. When I ask the employees what the problem is with me pulling up a chair they say management doesn't allow it. Also, time for a refresh of the restroom.

This is a small chain focusing on Hawaiian shave ice. While this shop is simple, they have all the key flavors and toppings to make a refreshing shave ice. It is amazing on a hot day and very fun for kids and adults alike.I like to get macadamia nut ice cream in the center, fruity flavored syrups, and topped with Ling Hi Mui powder for a bit of tartness. There are plenty of options though, so you can customize to your tastes. For example there is condensed milk, Dole whip, etc.There is a selection of syrups that are sweetened with Stevia instead of sugar, if that is a preference.In my opinion, these syrups are all on the sweet side, except the Green Tea. So much so that I ask them to go light on syrup. But that is just my taste, I prefer light sweetness.There are other items here like Boba but I haven't tried them.At this particular location, there is no seating indoors or outdoors. The parking lot seems to always be very full and difficult to find a spot in.

Wow I can't believe that I only now found out about this place. Their prices are so cheap and the portions are so big and the taste is amazing. This is now going to be my once a week going to place. It's in a big shopping center so they have lots of parking. The girls that work there are very sweet and they work fast

If you want something light, airy, and packed with flavor come to Brian's shaved ice. I prefer this location over the Sherman oaks location as there is more parking available. The service here is great, they make it super smooth, will also answer any questions you may have.

The service, well what service??? Their phones never work.. We get boba from this location all the time since it is the closest place to get boba. It has been extremely inconvenient for us at our work place; having to leave to place the order their and wait while they work like sloths. We have asked why their phones don't work, their response was hmmm I dont know?? the phones haven't rang all day?????? As a business owner I would think they would want their phone systems fixed. The employees that work at this establishment don't care, they are chit chatting amongst themselves and on their phones taking pictures and texting, no concerns for their customers. This is an ongoing issue. If I can give negative stars regarding customer service I would.
I was wondering why our order came with a small straw only to find out we didn't get any boba. If you ran out, you could have added an alternative on the side or something. We paid to get boba. Last time our boba didn't have any ice and it was summertime. Online orders with you guys suck! Hire people who actually care about the business.

Honestly loved this place until I went in one day and was treated HORRIBLY. I’m a very loyal customer and I’m always there which the staff knows me. When I walked in I was immediately stared down and the girl behind the counter walked away and didn’t take my order. I stood there for 5 minutes until I finally called out to the worker which helped me very rudely. Her name was Maya or Mayan and I told her how I’m a constant customer and she said “ok I don’t care.” Never thought I would have to write a review about this place but I will surely not come back. The workers are extremely rude!!

The boba was ok, but a bit overdone. The Tai tea smoothie was tasty. But the place was empty and the kitchen looked messy. There was nobody at the register when I walked in and had to wait 4 minutes for someone to take my order. It took them even longer to make my order even though they weren’t busy.

This business shows that it's open until 10 pm so I decided to make the drive. I Walked in at 9:47 pm and was ready to order the usual #7 & was told that they closed 10 minutes earlier and had no ice and had already done the cleaning!!! Are you serious?! :( What a bummer ! Maybe they should change the business hours to 9:30 pm. I'll try showing up before 9:30 pm next time lol

Love me some good shaved ice, and Brian's has truly withstood the test of time. This location is in a large plaza with a pho place and a sushi place, and just next to Corbin Bowl. This is a good dessert place after a date or a day of fun. It is not much of a place to stay and hang, but that's okay. Service is efficient and polite. The menu is extensive - I went with cotton candy, tiger's blood, and blue raspberry the last time. There's plenty for everyone. Don't forget the stamp card!There's ample parking in the plaza, or else metered street parking outside of the plaza. Don't forget to pay your meter!
